How do I place an order?

It’s very simple. Just add the desired product to the cart, click “Check Out,” fill in your info, and leave the rest to us. In the event that you do encounter any difficulties with the ordering process, please contact us by email and we will help you!

What’s next?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and we will need some time to process it. As soon as the product is ready for shipment, we will contact you by email. Please make sure that our message did not end up in your “Spam” folder.

Processing time?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

What about return and warranty?

Within 30 days after receiving the order, you can return the purchase if the product has no traces of use and you have the packaging. If the product has some kind of a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will definitely resolve this issue.

How can I return the product?

If the product wasn’t used and you have all the documents for your purchase — you can return it within 30 days. To return your product, please contact us by email for more information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (more about Refund policy).

Can you ship it to my country?

We are ready to ship orders to many countries, and we regularly add to this list. A detailed list of countries is available on the checkout page. If your country is not on the list please contact us or try to place an order in our store on Etsy.

What are the delivery costs?

We are ready to offer free shipping to many countries around the world. We ship orders by postal services via Spring GDS carrier – part of the PostNL Group, this is a large and reliable carrier.

How Can I Pay My Order?

We accept payments via Stripe payment service. It is a popular and secure method and accepts credit and debit cards and other means of payment.

How long does the shipping take?

It depends on the destination. Usually worldwide shipping takes from 10 to 20 business days. And every parcel will be tracked.

The order never arrived, what should I do?

Please contact us by email. Unfortunately, mistakes are bound to happen once in a while, and sometimes the delivery service companies fail us. We will do our best to sort the situation out and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What materials do you use?

In all products we use only natural leather. As well as metal buttons and elastic straps. Please note: Each leather is unique. Small dots and wrinkles are a natural condition. The tone of color may be lightly different from the images here.

Can you make a custom-sized for my device?

It is actually not that simple. The manufacture of each product involves an individual sophisticated technological process. Which means a single custom item would either be exceedingly expensive or crudely made. As you will agree, both options are far from desirable. For this reason, we do not accept such orders.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is neatly packed in a cardboard box, which can only be opened by damaging the label. We can also add a gift card with your message.
