Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping methods

Now we ship to many countries around the world using international postal service. The package will be delivered to you by the postal service of your country, according to the rules of this service.

Shipping is a standalone service that is provided by a third-party company. The delivery service offers package tracking services and we will send you a tracking number.

Shipping by Postal service: 10-30 business days

First of all, it depends on the country of destination and the current restrictions in customs and postal services at the moment. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the speed of customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.

Customs fees

You understand and accept that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees or any other fees, which you shall get familiar with beforehand by yourself.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. And we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy
